The goal of this course is to assist participants to: 

                      

* Understand and demonstrate leadership role in Telecommunications  

* Identify models of  F.T.O. programs                                             

* Identify the various evaluation and training techniques

* Discussion of importance of consistent, uniform documentation of individuals training

* Discussion of Civil Liabilities

* Communication Skills

 

This course is intended for supervisory and trainer levels of telecommunication personnel.

 

This course is most successful when taught and received with audiences of 30 attendees or fewer.

 

This can be customized to your agencies policies and is a 3-day course. The course is designed to be conducted from 0800 to 1700 hours daily.
